I start with checking your website thoroughly for ANY inaccuracies or mistakes. I create a video and let you know my suggestions to improve your website (and social media accounts, too, if you wish).  

I regularly modify, revise, and add new content to your website, according to your needs,  to keep it current and relevant. It can involve adding new pages, updating existing pages, fixing broken links, improving the website's design, and ensuring the website's functionality. I also maintain your website's SEO, and improve its overall user experience. I have experience working with websites mainly on WordPress, and Wix. But I worked with Squarespace, too.

Graphics for Social Media

Effective social media graphics are simple, eye-catching, and memorable, while also effectively conveying your message. I use Canva to create graphics that you can use in your social media posts.

First. I help you define the purpose and message of the graphic and choose the right format and size for the social media platform you want to post to. Then I create the visual elements such as images, icons, and graphics to include.

If you don’t have a color scheme and font style that aligns with your brand I can help you with that as well.

How do I deliver tasks?

I prefer to receive tasks and instructions as early in the week as possible (on Sunday or Monday) so I can plan my schedule for the week accordingly.

What are your working days?
I work from Monday to Friday predominantly from CET 8 am to 4 pm (but I have some flexibility if needed).

 

I have no idea if I need a VA or not!
I can’t answer that for you, but here's an article on everything you need to know about hiring a VA. Read it through and let’s talk if you think you need me!

 

I’d like to hire you, what should I do next?

- Decide how many hours per week you think you will need to use me. I'm also available for irregular/occasional work,
- Prepare a list of tasks you’re outsourcing to me, this helps us both prepare for what’s coming.
